Financial Planning Concepts Ltd has developed a Business Continuity Plan which outlines how we will respond to events and major threats that will significantly disrupt our normal operations.
This plan details how we will operate following a major incident and contains a set of practical measures to ensure that events of this kind are dealt with effectively by bringing such events under control, maintaining our critical business functions and ensuring that our high standards of client service are maintained.
Since the timing and impact of disaster and disruptions is unpredictable we have to be flexible in responding to actual events as they occur, however, our plan sets out the way in which we can ensure that all essential business operations are maintained and how we can return to ‘business as usual’ as soon as possible, given the scope and severity of the significant business disruption.
