Tyler who greets everyone with a smile whether in person or over the phone joined Financial Planning Concepts in 2015 as a Business and Administration Apprentice, rather than going to university. He spent the first-year training to do the job at the same time as producing the coursework portfolio required. Having done well on the apprenticeship, he was offered a full-time permanent position as an Administrator and has been with FPC ever since.
During his time at FPC Tyler has illustrated a real interest in all aspects of client administration and is now our Practice Coordinator. He is very much the central character in the office and helps to keep everything and everyone on track.
In reflecting on Tyler’s journey to date, it is a celebration of hard work and commitment, he has illustrated tenacity in the face of adversity on several occasions and has continued to smile, work hard and support everyone else in the team.
When not at work Tyler loves to spend time with his family and friends and has recently shown a burgeoning interest in travelling and enjoyed trips both within the UK and to Europe.
